Mark Thomas is hiring an experienced Benefits and Compensation Manager to add to the Human Resources team! The Benefits & Compensation Manager is responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits offerings, leave management, and related policies. This role acts as a trusted advisor in the space and partners closely with the accounting and finance team, benefits vendors/carriers, and HR management/leadership to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned to the organization’s talent strategy and compensation philosophy. The position also maintains benefits broker and vendor relationships, analytics, communications, and continuous improvement of employee experience. This position is a hybrid role, reporting to an office at least two days per week, and requires travel occasionally as business dictates.
