Position Summary Supports the administration and continuous improvement of the company’s benefits programs by analyzing data, managing vendor relationships, and recommending program enhancements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the design and delivery of competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings while ensuring a strong employee experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language in order to perform the various tasks of the job, including but not limited to: converse with co-workers and members of the general public, including customers; understand oral and written instructions as well as governmental regulations; respond to questions and inquiries from management and government representatives; and accurately complete various documents, reports and records required of the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration with exposure to program analysis and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of assigned benefit programs and serves as the primary liaison with external vendors and consultants.
  • Analyzes utilization data, benchmarking reports, and trends to identify opportunities for program improvements or cost optimization.
  • Recommends enhancements to benefit programs based on data analysis, employee feedback, and industry trends.
  • Participates in the design and implementation of new benefit offerings and process improvements in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Supports compliance activities and ensures required notices, filings, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
  • Trains and provides guidance to HR team members and business partners on benefit processes, tools, and policy updates.
  • Assists with the development and delivery of benefits communication materials to improve employee understanding and engagement.
  • Contributes to cross-functional projects that support the company’s total rewards and wellness strategy.
