Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for questions regarding benefit eligibility, coverage, and plan details.
  • Play a key role in the annual open enrollment process, from preparing materials to communicating with employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records in our benefits system.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of benefits statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure all benefits administration complies with applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Act as a backup for payroll processing and assist with payroll related inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives.
