Job Description: You Are A subject matter expert in handling all responsibilities related to health care. Provide support to the health care planning team in design, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide health care plans, with particular responsibility for retiree medical plans. Exercises discretion and independent judgment, when necessary. Reports directly to the Manager of Benefits. Works closely with the counterparts Benefits Administration, Health Services, Wellness, HR Legal, Finance, HR Business Partners, Business Units, as well as with external partners. The incumbent has the responsibility to initiate and participate in efforts to ensure that employees at all levels of the organization are provided adequate communications, on-line self-service tools, training and education as to the design, economic value and workings of the PB health care and associated programs.
