About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding nationwide and seeking professional, detail-oriented individuals to serve as Remote Benefits Administrators. This role offers the opportunity to work from home while supporting individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. As a Benefits Administrator, you will conduct scheduled virtual consultations, explain available coverage options, and assist clients through the enrollment process. You will also maintain accurate records and provide ongoing client support to ensure a smooth and professional experience. No cold calling or door-to-door outreach. Appointments are requested and scheduled directly by clients.
