Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Must be able to type 25 WPM
  • Must be able to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
  • Must be able to navigate and effectively utilize multiple systems and tools to research, resolve, and document complex benefit inquiries
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
