About The Position

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Benefits Administration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Benefitfocus or Empyrean.
- Strong understanding of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Voluntary benefit plans.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities
- Configure employee benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, coverage levels, and enrollment settings.
- Manage inbound and outbound file feeds, EDI, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support benefits platform implementations, enhancements, testing, and production activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
- Work with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical resources.
- Create and maintain configuration and process documentation.
