About The Position

Native Pest Management is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Benefits Admin Virtual Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for supporting employee benefits enrollment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role may require regular communication with employees and external providers, open enrollment, benefits inquiries, and qualifying life events. It may also involve coordinating and attending benefits meetings, supporting other HR functions, and general administrative tasks as needed to support the department. Fluency in spoken and written English with little to no grammatical errors is required for effective communication.

  • Experience with HR systems, benefits platforms, CRM software, or similar tools is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and benefits-related programs.
  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment.
  • Review and approve employee benefits requests and transactions.
  • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and termination processes while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee benefits records in Google Sheets, benefits platforms, and internal databases.
  • Review benefits paperwork and enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers, insurance carriers, and internal departments to resolve employee issues and discrepancies.
  • Monitor eligibility requirements and assist with employee benefits audits and compliance activities.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding benefits documentation and enrollment requirements.
  • Support annual open enrollment activities, including employee communications and data verification.
  • Provide other administrative and operational support for various HR functions and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
