The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role may require regular communication with employees and external providers, open enrollment, benefits inquiries, and qualifying life events. It may also involve coordinating and attending benefits meetings, supporting other HR functions, and general administrative tasks as needed to support the department. Fluency in spoken and written English with little to no grammatical errors is required for effective communication.
