This role sits at the intersection of benefits strategy and technology, supporting the design, build, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration platforms including PlanSource and Employee Navigator. This is not a purely technical role. The right candidate brings a strong foundation in employee benefits and pairs it with the ability to think critically about how systems can be configured, adapted, and pushed to better support clients.
