Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software. Requirements
- Client service and client account management

- Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience

Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging client
- Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setup
