About The Position

Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software. Responsible for engaging client, managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise, and testing and troubleshooting final system setup.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience
  • 3 years related experience
  • Client service and client account management
  • Project management
  • HRIS Payroll and benefit subject matter knowledge and systems experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
