Requirements

• Client service and client account management
• Project management
• HRIS Payroll and benefit subject matter knowledge and systems experience
• Analytical skills
• Time management
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience
• 3 years related experience

Nice To Haves

• Industry certification not required but would be beneficial to the role (i.e. FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software.
• Responsible for engaging client.
• Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise.
• Tests and troubleshoots final system setup.
