About The Position
The Benefit Implementation Consultant supports new and existing clients in setting up and using purchased software. The role engages with clients, manages the benefits implementation phase using domain expertise, and tests and troubleshoots the final system setup. The position is onsite in Arizona.
Requirements
- Client service and client account management skills.
- Project management skills.
- HRIS knowledge.
- Payroll and benefits subject-matter knowledge and systems experience.
- Analytical skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate's degree or at least 3 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients.
- Manage the benefits implementation phase using domain expertise.
- Test and troubleshoot the final system setup.
