The Benefit Engagement Specialist represents BCInsourcing as a Company Ambassador to Asbury Automotive. This role involves engaging in purpose-driven dialogue with department leaders, providing support, and cultivating effective business relationships. The specialist will also maintain rapport with case partners and the client's employees. Key responsibilities include providing SME-certified-license knowledge in HR/Benefit meetings, NEO presentations, and group meetings for client managers. The role requires making independent decisions regarding outreach strategy and participating in total rewards initiatives. The specialist will create an approachable environment by traveling to primary and secondary workplace locations to engage and counsel employees about their core and voluntary benefit options. This position demands self-driven time management for responding to service requests and answering questions. A significant part of the role involves analyzing census data to create customized outreach strategies for benefit review sessions with new and existing employees. The specialist will accurately input employee enrollment decisions using appropriate systems or paper processes, adhering to Life and Health licensure regulations and quality assurance standards. Developing communication strategies to achieve client goals, using professional verbal and interpersonal communication, and active listening skills are crucial. The role also includes developing a professional work environment, coordinating with supervisors and client management for issue resolution, and obtaining/maintaining an active Life, Health, and Accident Insurance Producer’s License. Maintaining a working knowledge of the client’s annual open enrollment process and adapting to its demands, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Other responsibilities may be requested by a supervisor or client.
