This role is all about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service. You’ll work closely with our sales team and guide Client Service Associates to create a collaborative and supportive environment. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
  • 3 Yrs + Experience in Employee Benefits
  • Active L&H License
  • A commitment to ethical behavior and upholding The Gallagher Way
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • A desire to learn and improve, with a focus on innovation and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage increasingly complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates
  • Utilizing Gallagher’s resources and tools to create effective client deliverables
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process
  • Resolve service-related issues independently but know when to raise concerns to more experienced client service team members
  • Guide and support new hires and account associates
  • Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and RPA processes
