This role is all about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service. You’ll work closely with our sales team and guide Client Service Associates to create a collaborative and supportive environment. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
3 Yrs + Experience in Employee Benefits
Active L&H License
A commitment to ethical behavior and upholding The Gallagher Way
Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
A desire to learn and improve, with a focus on innovation and efficiency

Responsibilities

Manage increasingly complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates
Utilizing Gallagher’s resources and tools to create effective client deliverables
Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process
Resolve service-related issues independently but know when to raise concerns to more experienced client service team members
Guide and support new hires and account associates
Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and RPA processes
