This role will manage everything from 401(k) data compliance and leave-related benefits to intricate HRIS integrations and premium reconciliations. The ideal candidate is a data-driven expert who thrives on solving complex technical puzzles, speaks 'system' fluently, excels at UAT, and takes pride in ensuring financial accuracy and seamless vendor performance. This role is based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
