About The Position

The Benchmarking and Insights Director role will work closely with market leaders and functional experts across PepsiCo's top Foods and Beverages markets. This role is focused on conducting strategic deep dives into key productivity opportunities across Make, Move, and Sell to identify and prioritize incremental cost transformation opportunities. The work is fast-paced, project-based, analytical, and requires translating analytics into compelling stories to influence the organization. Success requires curiosity, intimate knowledge of the cost structure, operating models, and profit drivers, and the ability to analytically link choices to outcomes. A thorough understanding of E2E costs across Make, Move, and Sell and exposure to key P&L lines is critical. The individual must be comfortable learning and thinking E2E about global markets, managing global stakeholders and processes. The role has one direct report and requires leading diverse matrixed teams through collaboration in a project-based environment. Comfort with building and giving presentations to multiple levels of the organization and strong organization/time-management skills are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience; Multi-disciplinary or consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.
  • Highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment and strong technical skills to process large quantities of data.
  • Ability to work through high degrees of ambiguity and be self-directed in a dynamic and highly collaborate environment.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute deep analytical efforts to deconstruct critical E2E business issues while developing strategic, operational, and financial analyses that point to insights and opportunities for our top global markets to pursue.
  • Challenge the status quo to help key markets build and maintain their cost transformation pipelines, including synthesizing findings from complex analyses into clear and logical presentations to educate and steer key business owners.
  • Provide thought partnership to global business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics.
  • Selectively develop external perspectives through relevant and actionable benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with operations, GTM, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, commercial, Data & Analytics and other teams to codify process and tools to replicate and scale in additional markets.
