About The Position

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Bench Strength Manager to work directly alongside their professional management team to support ongoing store operations. This role focuses on maintaining store profitability and performance goals, conducting ongoing leadership and personnel training, and ensuring customer and client satisfaction. The primary goal of this position is to train the next generation of Store Leaders to continue the company's successful mission. Requirements

Prior experience within the tire industry preferred, with preference to those with an understanding of tire products, brands, and services.
Proven leadership experience preferred, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and other store operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Work with store managers to train, lead, and develop a team of tire technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and customer service.
Manage aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and sales strategies.
Work with the Sales Team to develop knowledge of tire services and products.
Gain and maintain a deep understanding of commercial services and tire product offerings, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports, financial statements, and operational metrics to monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions.
