Requirements
- High School or GED
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience (Non-Aerospace acceptable)
- Familiar with precision measuring equipment.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer skills
- Basic Shop Math
Responsibilities
- Use written manufacturing procedures, drawings, Engine Manuals and other pertinent instruction to complete assemblies, machining, spray coatings, masking, and more.
- Use a variety of tools such as wrenches, compressed air tools, blending discs, and more.
- Learn processes such as part assembly, power deburring, spray coatings and more!
- Engage in a safety-first and quality-always culture.
- Be part of a growing team focused on customer delivery integrity.
- Support and promote continuous improvement activities to meet business objectives.
- Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime.
- May need to train on day time shift.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
