About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers for their Field Design & Service Center Teams. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within a promote-from-within environment, with unique training programs to develop skills from beginner to artisan. Jewelers will use their talent to restore jewelry to its original beauty or design custom pieces, focusing on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs. The company is the world's largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work
• Basic computer skills

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required

• Chain and clasp repair
• Re-tipping prongs
• Setting stones
• Creating stone mountings
• Performing channel and platinum rebuilds
• Performing minor ring repair and other jewelry repairs
