About The Position

We are seeking a forward-thinking Belonging and Talent Product Director to join our Culture, Belonging and Talent Innovation team. This pivotal role will lead the design and evolution of our Belonging portfolio to align with driving business outcomes and usable products for our employees. The ideal candidate is a creator, a practitioner who continuously hones their craft, actively builds products and programs, doesn’t believe in the status quo, and can think strategically and deliver the solution. You will build engaging products and programs, run pilots and experiments, and leverage research, data, and AI to create outcome-based solutions that foster psychological safety and trust and build engagement and belonging at all levels. You will steward the work prioritization, coaching, and development of a small team. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Culture, Belonging, and Talent Innovation (CBTI).

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in relevant fields such as Product Development, Organizational Behavior, Culture, Human Behavior, Industrial Psychology or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience creating and scaling products or tools for enterprise use
  • Experience building and scaling complex portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate product innovation with a culture of belonging, inclusion, and high employee engagement
  • Experience working with data and deriving insights (engagement surveys, assessments, quantitative/qualitative feedback) to inform strategy and measure impact
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience leading a team or complex cross-functional workstreams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence and adapt to audiences of different levels and needs
  • Experience in a director-level or senior leadership role within Culture, Belonging, Talent, Employee Experience, or Organizational Behavior in a high growth company
  • Demonstrated success building or transforming portfolios, products, or programs from concept through scale within a global, complex, or matrixed organization
  • Expertise in applying design thinking, product development, or experimentation methodologies (e.g., pilots, A/B testing, agile approaches) to people initiatives
  • Master’s or higher degree in Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Psychometric assessment design experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and evolution of the Belonging portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy, culture goals, and business outcomes
  • Define a multi-year roadmap for Belonging initiatives, products, and services that enhance the employee experience at scale, including cost modeling as needed
  • Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, HR, Talent teams, and others to embed Belonging into core business and people processes
  • Be the subject-matter expert and advisor to leaders on building high-performing, psychologically safe teams
  • Design and deliver practical, culturally aligned, usable products and tools that help teams foster psychological safety, trust, and belonging (e.g., manager guides, toolkits, experiences/workshops)
  • Lead end-to-end program development discovery, design, pilot, iteration, and scaling, inclusive of measurement strategy to gauge impact and behavior change
  • Develop, maintain, and use science-based frameworks, models, and guidelines that can be adopted across all functions, regions, and levels of the organization
  • Integrate Belonging into key moments of the candidate and employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, development, leadership programs, etc.)
  • Advise on all CBTI programs to build synergy and integration across the team portfolio
  • Use a data-informed and experiential approach to test new concepts, interventions, and practices across the portfolio
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., engagement surveys, inclusion/belonging indicators, focus groups, research) to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact
  • Design employee assessments, define and track metrics and KPIs that demonstrate the impact of Belonging initiatives on employee experience and business outcomes
  • Leverage approved AI tools as a co-designer to accelerate speed of delivery, quality of the solution, and an improved employee experience and engagement
