About The Position

FNF Construction, Inc., a leading heavy civil general contractor serving the Southwestern United States, is seeking experienced Belly-Dump Truck Drivers to support multiple paving operations on projects throughout the Southwest. This position plays a critical role in safely transporting, loading, and unloading roadway materials while working closely with paving crews in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a strong commitment to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and teamwork while working around live traffic, heavy equipment, and active construction operations. Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Current Tanker and Hazardous Materials (HazMAT) endorsements.
Acceptable 5-year driving history and satisfactory PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) report.
Minimum of 5 years of experience safely performing paving operations and hauling roadway construction materials.
Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe driving practices, and construction site safety requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience working on heavy civil, highway, or asphalt paving projects.
Strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
Experience working with paving crews and production-driven construct

Responsibilities

Safely operate a belly-dump truck in support of paving and roadway construction operations.
Transport, load, and unload roadway construction materials as directed.
Work closely with paving crews to ensure efficient material delivery and production.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements.
Operate safely in and around live traffic, heavy equipment, and active construction work zones.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and crew members.
Participate in safety meetings, training, and ongoing compliance programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
