About The Position

Bellstand Attendant at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) and Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC) assists in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. The role focuses on creating a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment where meaningful moments are made together. The position involves direct guest interaction, luggage assistance, and providing information about property amenities and local attractions. Both MVW and HVC emphasize guest experience, company standards, and a fulfilling life for their associates.

Requirements

Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Able to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Greets and escorts guests to their rooms.
Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs.
Assists with amenity deliveries when requested.
Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs.
Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contributes to team goals.
Follows company policies and safety procedures.
