About The Position

This position will greet all guests entering and leaving Suncadia Resort, meeting guests at their cars and assisting them with their immediate needs. The Bell/valet is a greeter as well as an information provider. They act as an ambassador to Suncadia and often provide the first and last contact our guests will have with Suncadia team members.
Salary: $17.13/hr + Tip Opportunities
This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:
Season Start: April 2026
Season End: September 2026
Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May – September.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid US Driver License with a good driving record
• Must be able to act and respond quickly
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs on a frequent basis
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs with assistance

Nice To Haves

• Previous guest/customer service or valet experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet all guest entering and leaving the Lodge at Suncadia
• Assist guest with information when in front of the Lodge and in Main Lobby
• Assist guests with Luggage storage
• Assist with check-ins & Bell Service calls when needed
• Open passenger doors of incoming cars
• Park & retrieve guest vehicles, driving vehicles with care and caution
• Provide umbrellas to guest walking in & out of the Lodge when raining & snowing
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests to ensure all experiences are distinctively supreme
• Follow all Suncadia Resort policies while constantly striving to help the guests
• Follow Suncadia Resort dress code
• Keep Bell Storage area clean and free of all unnecessary items
• Follow all safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned
