About The Position

The Bellperson is responsible for providing a warm and polished arrival and departure experience for hotel guests, supporting luggage handling, guest assistance, and property orientation while delivering personalized service and professional hospitality.

  • Prior bell services, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury or boutique hotel preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming first and last impression
  • Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from guest rooms while providing property and room orientation
  • Communicate professionally with guests to anticipate needs, answer questions, and offer assistance in a discreet and service-oriented manner
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures with the front desk, concierge, and valet teams to ensure seamless service
  • Safely handle, transport, and store guest luggage with care and accountability
