About The Position

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Bellperson to join their award-winning team. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional guest experience by assisting with bell services, guest check-ins and check-outs, and fulfilling guest needs. The Bellperson will ensure guests are familiar with their room's amenities and operations. The company emphasizes that people are their greatest asset and offers a premier work environment in Northeast Florida.

Requirements

• Previous hotel experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Working knowledge of common courtesy rules.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, assisting guests.
• Must be able to remove luggage from vehicles and carry 50 pounds upstairs to guest's rooms.

Nice To Haves

• 5-Diamond experience preferred.
• Previous hotel/resort background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with uniform bell service.
• Escort guests checking in and out.
• Provide service and attend to other guest needs as requested.
• Ensure guests are informed about room locations and how amenities operate.
