About The Position

Serves hotel guests by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain consistent lobby presence for prompt and efficient guest service.
• Ability to ensure arriving and departing guests receive immediate attention through portage, door opening, parking and information about Stowe and TFL in particular.
• Ability to maintain awareness of current events and all incoming groups and their needs.
• Ability to promptly and accurately deliver baggage of arriving and departing coaches.
• Ability to maintain clean front entrance through sweeping/ shoveling of front, cleaning ash trays and picking up any refuse.
• Ability to complete seasonal tasks as necessary, including but not limited to: shoveling balconies, shuttle runs, starting fires in fireplaces, etc.
• Ability to make deliveries of gifts, flowers and other amenities.
• Ability to cover switchboard agents during breaks or staff shortages.
