Requirements

6 months Customer service experience
Self-starting personality with an even disposition
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 150 pounds
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and withstand outdoor extreme weather conditions
Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog), with or without reasonable accommodations

Nice To Haves

1+ years prior Bellperson experience
Resort, Hotel hospitality proven experience

Responsibilities

Greets and assists with guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries.
Supervise front entrance of property and guest's arrivals.
Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards.
The Bellperson will also assist in covering the gate when needed.
Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area.
Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGV from time to time, is critical to the successful performance of this position.
