About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, maintaining the hotel van, and running various errands. The role involves providing excellent service to arriving and departing guests, ensuring the van is in good working condition, and performing other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to assist guests with luggage.
Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the van.
Ability to maintain log books and run errands.
Availability to work on a regular basis and comply with attendance rules.

Responsibilities

Assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage.
Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing the van(s) (e.g., oil, gas).
Maintaining mileage log books.
Running errands for the official business of the hotel staff.
Delivering special request items to hotel guests (e.g., express mail, hair dryers).
Assisting house persons as needed.
Picking up trash from the parking lot.
Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis.
Performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
