About The Position
This is a flexible position for a Bellperson/Van Driver. The role involves assisting guests with luggage, maintaining hotel vehicles, running errands, and performing various other duties to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
Responsibilities
- Assisting both arriving and departing guests with their luggage.
- Inspecting, cleaning and servicing (e.g. oil, gas) the van(s).
- Maintaining mileage log books.
- Running errands for the official business of the hotel staff.
- Delivering special request items to hotel guests, such as express mail, hair dryers, etc., and assisting house person(s) as needed.
- Picking up trash from parking lot.
- Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis.
- Performing any other job related duties as assigned.
