About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Bellperson/Valet! We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bellperson/Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome. With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, respond to inquiries, and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Your role as a Front Desk Host/Valet is crucial in shaping the overall guest experience, leaving a lasting impression and ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule, must be available weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality customer service experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Must possess a clean driving record and pass a records check.

Requirements

• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours
• Previous guest service
• Guest and customer service focused
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor when dealing with guests and/or co-workers
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Excellent attendance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
• High School diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• Driving/DMV record must meet minimum qualifications for coverage under property liability insurance policies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
• Clean driving record
• Pass a records check

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their luggage
• Show guests to their room
• Drive and park vehicles in a safe manner as directed by the manager
• Ensure that a great first impression of service is presented to our guests
