About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and ensuring a welcoming and smooth arrival and departure experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Arlington, VA area is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief overview of room features.
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand area.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Assist with valet parking and transportation arrangements as needed.
