About The Position

Callaway is seeking a personable, outgoing and conscientious individual to take on the role of Bellhop/Bellman. In this role, the individual will be the initial point of contact for guests arriving at the Lodge & Spa. The individual will provide a warm greeting and assist the guest with their luggage or answer any questions they may have. In addition to this responsibility, the individual will also provide shuttle service throughout Callaway Resort during special events or on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, untarnished driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, climb and lift.
• Excellent guest service skills are a MUST.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hotel is helpful.
