We are looking for our next best team members to join our Front Office team and
fill the role of Bell/Valet Parking Attendant.

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail
• Respect the importance that impeccable hospitality is required of the role
• Don’t shy away from physical work and can lift up luggage that could weigh up to 50 lbs
• Pride you have in your organizational and time management skills
• Looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are shown to their room while assisting with their luggage
• Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer all questions about these facilities
• Park guest vehicles and/or retrieve valet parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner
• Use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicle
• Move from door post to and from other areas throughout the hotel in response to customer needs
• Maintain the designated station in the lobby, staying alert to be easily summoned to the fronts, while greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner
