We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond.. Job summary: Responsible for all guest service needs while on property in accordance with hotel. This position is combination of both Valet and Bellman. You will be working in the front of the house and have a high level of guest contact. Customer Service experience a plus. You must also have excellent communication skills. Shift requirements: Currently searching for shifts from 6AM-2:30PM and overnight 11PM-7:30AM some days, with weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Hotel Operations or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Communicates effectively with others.
• Works productively with a team
• Effective multitasking skills
• Composure and patience under pressure
• Skilled in working with multiple computer programs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and expedite the handling of luggage.
• Pick up and deliver dry-cleaning for the guests
• Provide information on local attractions, room features, hotel facilities
• Deliver messages and/or packages to meetings and guest rooms
• Attend required meetings
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees.
• Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions.
• Must have clean driving record to be able to assist valet staff.
• Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
