Bell Services - Golf Cart Attendant
About The Position
Our Bell Services team keeps the resort running smoothly during our busiest guest‑interaction hours. If you enjoy an energetic environment, love helping guests settle in, and take pride in delivering warm, memorable service, this shift is ideal. As a key member of our Bell Services team, you ensure smooth, safe, and welcoming experiences for guests arriving, departing, or exploring the resort. You’ll combine guest service excellence with golf cart and vehicle operations, making every interaction warm, efficient, and memorable.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ with a valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability for afternoon–PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate golf carts and up to a 15‑passenger van safely
- Strong communication and guest‑service skills
- A professional, polished appearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- A calm, friendly demeanor when resolving guest concerns
- Ability to embody Westgate’s values: Passion, Integrity, Work Ethic
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage, and explain resort amenities
- Support room shows, tours, and transportation needs for Front Office and Sales
- Deliver packages, mail, amenity baskets, and room keys
- Offer directions, shuttle information, and local recommendations
- Report damages, safety concerns, and lost‑and‑found items promptly
- Stage, clean, inspect, and maintain golf carts and luggage carts
- Ensure carts are charged, damage‑free, and ready for use
- Track cart usage and maintain accountability logs
- Provide on‑property transportation using golf carts, vans, and resort vehicles
- Assist Bell Services and other departments as needed
