About The Position

The Bell Person is responsible for guest interaction, handling luggage, explaining hotel amenities, answering the bellstand telephone, obtaining transportation for guests, and maintaining room key control. This role also includes shoe shining and pickup/delivery services. The position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to learn the hotel's layout and amenities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to speak plainly and comfortably to guest
  • Able to speak clearly over the phone
  • Must be able to learn lay-out of the hotel and location of all amenities
  • Drivers license required
