About The Position

The Bell person/Door Attendant position will assist the Rooms leadership team in providing exceptional experiences to our guests. The focus of the role will be to engage guests throughout the hotel and manage the full-cycle guest experience. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, the primary language used in the workplace
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Prior Bell position experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure
  • Coordinate with Valet Parking vendor to handle guest's valet parking
  • Maintain hotel's front drive, ensuring entrance is clear for all guests
  • Answer questions and offer assistance, giving accurate information regarding, but not limited to, outlet hours, hotel services, and directions to local attractions or meeting space
  • Delivering of guest luggage
  • Facilitate hotel room orientations
  • Deliver items to guest rooms as needed
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
