About The Position

A Bell Baggage Handler supports a positive guest experience by providing friendly, efficient luggage handling and customer service. The role focuses on delivering attentive service and creating memorable guest interactions throughout their stay.

Requirements

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday required
  • 6+ Months of Prior relevant guest service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested
  • Bring luggage in or out for Hotel groups
  • Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff
  • Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
