Requirements
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right and cares about people
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms, creating a smooth and welcoming arrival
- Assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring items are handled with care and proper tickets are provided
- Support curbside operations alongside the valet and hotel team, assisting with luggage, packages, and guest needs
- Provide helpful directions and hotel-related information
- Build genuine connections with guests throughout their stay
- Assist with guest questions and follow up to ensure a great experience
- Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, service-first attitude
