About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Guest Services team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! This role involves creating an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests, assisting with luggage, maintaining the resort entrance, completing deliveries, and providing safe transportation for guests.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a bell attendant/valet in a luxury hotel setting preferred
United States driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Use your genuine and authentic personality to create an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests
Assist guests with luggage, ensuring bags are delivered accurately and promptly to the correct room
Maintain awareness and presence at the resort entrance, coordinating door access for guests entering and exiting the lobby
Support the quality, flow, and cleanliness of the front drive
Complete deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages as needed
Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready at the start of each shift
Provide safe and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated local destinations
