Youth Villages is a national leader in children's mental and behavioral health, serving over 47,000 youth and families annually across 29 states and Washington, D.C. For over 35 years, the organization has transformed lives through innovative, research-based programs focused on preserving and restoring families, driving long-term success in child welfare, juvenile justice, and mental health systems. Youth Villages is committed to investing in and supporting its more than 5,000 employees, offering opportunities for professional growth, personal development, and a mission to help children and families live successfully. This PRN position is part of Youth Villages' residential programs in Tennessee and Georgia, which provide safe, nurturing environments for youth ages 6 to 17 facing complex behavioral and mental health challenges. These programs operate across secure facilities, open campuses, and group homes, tailored to individual needs including aggression, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and problem sexual behavior. The intensive treatment program balances structure and freedom, preparing youth for success outside residential settings through trauma-informed care, clinical interventions, life skills building, and recreation therapy. Most youth also attend fully accredited on-campus schools.
