Youth Villages is seeking purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about making a difference to join their team as Behavioral Youth Counselors/Assistants. This role supports a residential treatment program for youth aged 6 to 17 with complex behavioral and mental health challenges. The program aims to provide a safe, nurturing environment with an intensive treatment program that balances structure and freedom, preparing youth for success outside of the residential setting. Key focuses include developing life skills through trauma-informed care, clinical interventions, life skills building, and recreation therapy. Most youth also attend fully accredited schools on campus.
