Youth Villages is seeking purpose-driven individuals to join their team as Behavioral Youth Counselor Assistants. This role is crucial in supporting youth aged 6-17 with complex behavioral and mental health challenges in residential programs across Tennessee and Georgia. These programs offer a balance of structure and freedom, preparing youth for success outside of residential settings. The focus is on helping youth step down to less restrictive treatment options by developing essential life skills through trauma-informed care, clinical interventions, and recreation therapy. Most youth also attend fully accredited schools on campus.
