About The Position
Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapist’s with a flexible schedule to suit your needs! We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Requirements
- Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred.
- LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
- 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
- State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides.

- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload.
- Assist with the development of treatment plans.
- Conduct individual family assessments.
- Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care.
- Document interventions.
- Provide referrals to outside resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
