Behavioral Therapist (No Experience Needed)
About The Position
Majestic Care ABA is seeking caring, motivated individuals to join their team as Behavioral Technicians. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities, assisting them in developing essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with children
- Coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a BCBA
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Use evidence-based strategies and techniques to support learning and positive behavior
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
- Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs
- Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
- Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards
- Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed
