Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and combines neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build skills and relationships that transfer across home, school, and community settings. Care is individualized and collaborative, involving families and clinicians in developing supportive environments and plans for each child. This position offers a predictable schedule and a single direct rate of pay. Part-time schedules are available in 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options, with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. New team members receive a four-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training. The role involves collaboration with behavior analysts and professionals in speech-language, music, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as counselors, pediatricians, neurologists, and nurse practitioners.
