About The Position
We are looking for Behavioral Therapists to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. This position offers a flexible schedule to suit your needs.
Requirements
- Master's in Social Work, LPC, or LGSW.
- State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
- 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
Nice To Haves
- Independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload.
- Assist with the development of treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and family assessments.
- Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care.
- Document interventions.
- Provide referrals to outside resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
