About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum, from birth to age 21. The organization is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join their team. BT's are crucial members of the treatment team, delivering one-on-one specialized treatment in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to clients in a home-based setting. This role offers a career opportunity to provide life-changing treatment to children, with training provided for passionate individuals.

Requirements

• Current/Active RBT certification (or willingness to be trained)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• A passion and love for working with children
• Ability to work in an everchanging, fast paced environment
• Have a strong, reliable work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Fun, creative, and innovative ideas to engage your client

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with ASD

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
