About The Position

Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. This position provides 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clinic, home, and community settings. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurance.
• Ability to work with children in active environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children ages 0–16.
• Experience in childcare, education, or special needs support.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Assist with behavior intervention plans.
• Support parent and caregiver training.
• Work collaboratively with BCBAs. RTBs, and clinical staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
